The solution is as follows:

Method One: View the current thread, if there is a statement that is executing you, kill it

Show Processlist; Kill PID

Method Two (method one does not execute): restart MySQL Database

Service mysqld Restart

Note: Restarting MySQL will kill all threads in the execution
