MySQL ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user ' root ' @ ' 192.168.23.224 ' (using Password:yes)

Possible causes of title errors:

1, the password is wrong. Check if the password matches the root user's password in Mysql.user (that's why I was tortured all afternoon and night)

2, the user root is not authorized, the authorization command is as follows:

Grant all on * * to [e-mail protected] '% ' identified by ' password ';

Flush privileges;
