Go locally and use the cmd command to connect to MySQL

Mysql-uroot-proot

Execute the following command to open Data remote link permission (the first root refers to the user; the second root refers to the password)

Execute the following command to refresh the remote permissions that you just configured to take effect

Flush Privileges

Then you can connect directly to your local database on your remote server.
