This will cause the error to be read:
Data truncated for column ' X1 ' at row 1
This should be a version issue, especially a virtual host.
Change the ' to null ' without error:
X1 is a double type of data.

This problem generally occurs on MySQL 5.x. I use the mysql5.2.28, after the query learned that the new version of the MySQL null insert "bug", to install MySQL when the default check to remove the Enable strict SQL mode. If it is already installed, look for Sql-mode in My.ini, which defaults to Sql-mode= "Strict_trans_tables,no_auto_create_user,no_engine_substitution", Modify it to sql-mode= "no_auto_create_user,no_engine_substitution" and restart MySQL.
The first reaction was related to mysql5.0 's new Sql-mode, which had just read the handbook a while back. Sure enough, after making the following changes, no longer prompt.
Modify the My.ini file.
# Set The SQL mode to strict
Sql-mode= "Strict_trans_tables,no_auto_create_user,no_engine_substitution"
Switch
# Set The SQL mode to strict
Sql-mode= "No_auto_create_user,no_engine_substitution"
MySQL insert null character error when inserting an empty string in a double type field automatically transitions to 0
