MySQL installation configuration did not respond at the end of the workaround

Install MySQL show not responding, generally shown in the last step of installing the MySQL program 2, 3 items will not move.

This is generally the case where you previously installed the MySQL database service entry is occupied.
Workaround:
One way: You can install MySQL in this step when its default service name is "MySQL" just need to change the name of it.

Two ways: 1, uninstall MySQL 2, delete the installation directory and data storage directory 3, in the registry (REGEDIT) query MySQL, delete all 4, in the C-disk query MySQL, delete all 5, re-install just fine

5.hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrol002\services\mysql Directory
6.hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\mysql Directory
7. Delete C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\mysql Directory
Either of the above two methods, reinstall the new version of MySQL is OK.
