Selection: Custom Customization

Change path installation to another disk

Select: Configure launch configuration Finish

If you forget to select "E:\Program files\mysql\mysql Server 5.5\bin\mysqlinstanceconfig.exe" for configuration

Default port: 3306 (Oracle is 1521)

Default User: Root

Character Set: The default is latin1 first check charset in the tab to GBK or Utf-8

Select: Include path to create an environment variable

Select: Create an anonymous account

Common errors: Error Nr1045 errors

Uninstall not thorough

Stop MySQL Service---Uninstall---manually delete the MySQL file (the top right corner of the computer)--Manually delete the registry (cmd regedit ctrl+f search MySQL Delete)

Re-install.
