1. Change "My.ini", Server section and Client section

[Client] Port=3306,character-set-server

Then install MySQL--install--defaults-file= "My.ini"

2. net start MySQL

When logging in to MySQL: Mysql-u root-p

Please enter password: (no password, direct enter), but it shows unable to connect to localhost
