Try to connect a remote MYSQL server while practicing locally, the result is error: host [hostname] is not allowed to connect to the MySQL server no permissions issue
On the Internet to check the solution:

Log in to the remote server and go to the MySQL server to execute: Grant all privileges on segment.* to [email protected] ' 183.233.196.74 ' identified by ' root ';

Where: 183.233.196.74 is your local IP and then you can yell a nice!
