MySQL master-Slave synchronization problem Failure problem

MSYQL cannot synchronize with the primary database, see log to find the following problem error

Log in from device MySQL

Stop slave;

Reset slave;

Re-executing change master;

Start slave;

View status is still not synced!

Consider checking output synchronization files, emptying the contents of the Relay-bin.index file.

Again

Log in from device MySQL

Stop slave;

Reset slave;

Re-executing change master;

Start slave;

Sync succeeded!

I have also encountered the Mysql-bin.index file in this directory caused by the MYSQ can not start the problem,
