MySQL modified table type (1064 error)

Would like to change the table type to MyISAM, but error, such as:

Cause of Error:

Because the MySQL query statement type=myisam too old, on MySQL 5.5 has been disabled

Using SQL statements:

ALTER TABLE Product ENGINE = myisam;# (use ENGINE = MyISAM instead of Type=myisam, modified successfully)
