MySQL numeric hexadecimal conversion (using conv)

CONV (N, from_base, to_base)
Converts numbers between different digit bases. Convert the number N from from_base to to_base and return it as a string. If any parameter is NULL, the return value is also NULL. Parameter N is interpreted as an integer, but can also be specified as an integer or a string. The minimum base is 2 and the maximum base is 36. If to_base is a negative value, N is regarded as a signed number. Otherwise, N is considered unsigned. CONV works with 64-bit precision.
