MySQL Installation

1. Extracting files

Unzip to any directory, I used to put in the root directory, generally d:/mysql

2. Configuration files

• There are a lot of information on the Internet to configure the My.ini file can be, but I have not been configured successfully, start the service has been a 1067 error, online said continue to modify the configuration of My.ini.
• In fact, there is no need to impress sword configuration My.ini file, configure an empty My.ini file or copy another INI file to My.ini
• Add the bin directory under MySQL to the PATH environment variable for easy operation at the command line

3. Test, start the service

• Open the command line and CD to the MySQL bin directory, you can directly enter the command if you have already added an environment variable
• Mysqld-install Installation Services (corresponding Delete: Mysqld--remove)
• Start service: net start MySQL (or manual start: cmd under input services.msc)
