1. Log in to MySQL using the root account

- -Ppassword

2. Go to MySQL Database

>  use MySQL

3. Restricting user rights

 grant  select , insert , update , references , delete , create , drop , alter , index , create  view , SHOW view  on  ' db_test '. *  to   " user_test   " @"  localhost   "; 

' Db_test ' for the specified database, ' user_test ' is limited to the user, ' localhost ' means only local access, want to get all IP access, can be ' localhost ' replaced ' * '

4. Refresh Permissions
