MySQL uses error resolution: Error 1045 (28000): Access denied for user ' root ' @ ' localhost ' (using Password:no)

Workaround:

⑴ Open the My.ini in MySQL (if not, copy the My-default.ini and modify it to My.ini);

⑵ in [mysqld] below the blank line directly add skip-grant-tables;

⑶ restart MySQL, enter MySQL on the cmd page and press ENTER.

Note: This will make your MySQL unable to set the password, but this is not a step more for personal use!
