MySQL workbench "error code: 1175" SOLUTION

Use MySQL today
When workbench manages database updates, the following error message is prompted when an update statement is executed:

Error code: 1175

You are using safe update mode and you tried to update a table without a where that uses a key column

After some searching, I found that it was MySQL.
Workbench security settings. This error is prompted when the SQL statement to be executed is updated or deleted in batches.

The solution is as follows:

• Open workbench menu [edit]-> [preferences...]
• Switch to [SQL
  Editor] Page
• Set [forbid
  Remove the check mark before update and delete statements without a where clause (Safe updates )]
• Click [OK ].
• In the last step, restart workbench. Otherwise, you will still receive this error message.
