1. access the Internet from one machine (direct connection)
Connection Method: telephone line-ADSL modem-HOST 1:

This method is a single-host internet access, that is, direct dial-up Internet access. features: the PC directly has an Internet IP address, which is provided by the ISP provider. It is automatically obtained and can also be static, it depends on whether you have applied for a static IP address when reporting ADSL.
In this way, you can create a broadband connection on the PC or install the software provided by the ISP provider (such as the polar star) to perform the dial-up connection. If you want to run the script after installing it on the very fast star, enter the user name and password you applied. I will not talk much about it. If you create a broadband connection to dial up, let's see how to set it:

2: If a vswitch exists, replace it with a crossover line if the switch has cascade ports.
3: Check the Router Web management IP address. If not, press the reset hole for more than 10 seconds.
Assume that the IP address of the router is 192.168.0.1.
First, connect the device, and then open a PC. Click "Network Neighbor"> "right-click" properties ">" Local Connection ">" right-click "properties"> "double-click" TCP/IP "to enter the Internet information:
IP Address: write any IP address in the same network segment as your Route IP address. For example, 192.168.0.10 can be used as long as the last IP address cannot exceed 255. Remember to use the same network segment. If the route address is 192.168.1.1, you need to write 192.168.1.2 ~ The number between 255.
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 this is generally used for small LAN.
Default Gateway: Your Route IP address. Because our route IP address is 192.168.0.1, we enter 192.168.0.1.
DNS server: you can write the Internet DNS server address or use your Route IP address, but you need to set the DNS service for your route.
Backup DNS server: It is backup. You can leave it empty.

Next, select "On-Demand connection", that is, to connect when accessing data through the Internet. This is the default value and user-friendly. If you want to connect automatically, you can also select the following automatic connection option.

This method is suitable for users without broadband routers but with vswitches. Set it in Internet sharing mode. Let's take a look at the setting so that the PC can access the Internet at the same time. Select a host with better performance on the PC as the master PC. 4. Use dual NIC (cross Line) to access the Internet from two machines)

This method is suitable for users without routers and vswitches. You can use a crossover line and a dual-nic PC to share the internet. The method is the same as using a vswitch to share the Internet, that is, the above 3rd cases. Do not share the broadband connection multiple times. Do not set an error.

5. One machine has a wireless network card, or both machines have a wireless network card to share the internet. (Wireless)

The two methods have the same principle, but they must be shared differently. The first method is to share the broadband connection, and the second method is to share the local connection of the connection route. Let's take a look at the sharing method.
