New Freecms and debugging with NetBeans under Windows

1. Using NetBeans to create a new empty Java Web project

2. Delete the source code and Web page in the project

3. Copy the Web and SRC in the freecms to the corresponding folder in the project

4. Import the Lib library into the project

5. Create a new database in MySQL freecms, encode with Utf8_generic_ci

The corresponding war package can be edited in NetBeans

6. Configure the Tomcat server in the tools-server and then configure the server as Tomcat in the project-Properties-run

Where things could go wrong.

1. Tomcat/bin 196, 201 of the SET statement in the Catalina.bat file is removed, this is a change after Tomcat 8.0.12, will cause Tomcat in Windows startup issues

2. mysql Password not changed

3. If there is OGNL related error when landing, delete ognl3.0.lib, keep ognl3.0.3.lib
