New version of Ubuntu install Firefox latest

Ubuntu default installation of Firefox, but the self-contained repositories will not be updated with Firefox, I always prompt the use of Flash plug-in needs to be activated, the hint can be selected to solve the three kinds of

1. Update Flash plugin, but jump to Adobe's site cannot download plugins.

2. Long-term activation, but again when you open the page, it will pop up this prompt box.

3. Update Firefox.

Today is unbearable, download the latest Firefox installation package, download and unzip to the relevant directory.

TAR-XF firefox*

Move the extracted Firefox directory to the bottom of/opt

sudo mv firefox/opt/firefox37

Back up the original Firefox shortcuts

sudo mv/usr/bin/forefox/usr/bin/firefox_old_33

Create a new shortcut

sudo ln--symbolic/opt/firefox37/firefox-bin/usr/bin/firefox

Then log out of the current user, re-login to the system, re-open Firefox is the latest version.
