Object-c Dealloc

The Dealloc method is called when an object is removed from memory. The instance variables in all objects are usually released in this method.

[Super Dealloc];

[caption release];

[photographer release];

}

In the first two lines, we call the release method of the instance variable directly. Here we do not need to use autorelease, because the standard release is faster (immediate release).

The last line is important, and we send a [super DEALLOC] message asking the parent to do the cleanup. If we do not, the object will not be removed from memory, which will result in a memory leak.

When the garbage collection mechanism is enabled, the object's Dealloc method is not called. At this point, you can implement a finalize method to replace it .
