As a financial officer, you have to face a lot of numbers every day. Therefore, data entry must not be sloppy. But it's easier said than done, but it's hard to do. Because Excel 2007 has a solution for us, we can easily solve the problem by just starting its voice proofing function.
1. In the main interface of Excel 2007, right-click the Feature tab and perform the Custom Quick Access Toolbar command.
2. Switch to the Custom tab and set the Select command from the following location to the command not in the command area.
3. In the Drop-down list, locate and double-click the "press ENTER to start aloud cells" item and add it to the Quick Access Toolbar, as shown in Figure 1.
