Two methods are found on the internet, but they must be used according to the actual situation:

1. Directory modification method

For office 2010
C:/program files/common files/Microsoft shared/office14/office setup Controller
Change the name or delete the directory. This method works for me and solves this problem easily!

For Office 2007, that is
C:/program files/common files/Microsoft shared/office12/office setup Controller
This directory is now available.

2. Uninstall the Office 2010

Note: The uninstallation is not a simple one, because the problem still occurs after uninstallation and reinstallation.
You can use Microsoft's Tool Windows Installer clean up,

It's easy to use. It is good to reinstall it after it is cleaned and uninstalled.
