Okit is a Professional domestic project management software, based on WEB2.0 technology, integrates multi-project management, planning/task management, requirement management, configuration management, test management, defect management, instant messaging, etc. okit includes free version and Enterprise Edition, free version can be downloaded directly from official website.

Start

Start Okit, jump out of the Okit service icon, click, the system starts, you can enter the local browser IP address and okit port number to access.

installation

After downloading the Okit installation package, double-click Open and follow the prompts to complete the installation and configuration of the system, very simple.

System Configuration

Okit The Enterprise Edition has configuration requirements for both the server and the client:

Server-side support for Windows $, Windows Xp,windows Server2003, Windows 2008,windows 7.

Server hardware configuration, memory not less than 2G, hard disk is not smaller than 100G (according to the system use scale configuration).

client browser access, not limited to the operating system, the recommended use of Firefox and IE browser, the screen resolution is not less than 1024x768, to support Flash plug-ins.

The Configuration Management management client supports all SVN client software, such as Tortoisesvn,subclipse.

Use

The Admin user can set the system after login, the default password is 1.

You can set standards, external messages, defect workflows, people, organizations, system roles, system permissions, recover deleted content, view logs, and more.


Okit consists of four functional layers:

Lead the decision-making, provide the leadership with project monitoring, personnel allocation, mailbox and resource library functions;

Business function layer, including organization management, project management, product management and support function, etc.

The System Management layer, provides the personnel, the unit, the Authority, the standard maintenance, the log, the mail and the message configuration, the workflow configuration and so on function;

Operations management, providing automatic backup settings, system upgrades, System Restore, service management, registration license and other management functions.

Main functions:

Multi-project management: Manage multiple projects, support parent-child projects, support custom Project classification, and provide independent personnel and authority control for each project;
