On Windows 7, how does one hide the administrator account?

1. If we want to hide the administrator account, we only need to modify the registry value. After Win + R on the desktop, we enter the Regedit command to open the registry editor;

2. Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHING \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion item;

3. Create a Winlogon item on the CurrentVersion item, and then create a SpecialAccounts item on the Winlogon item;

4. Create a UserList item on the SpecialAccounts item in the same way;

5. In the right pane of the UserList item, create a DWORD 32-bit value, change the key value name to administrator, rename it to 0, and then cancel the Win7 system.

In this way, the administrator account owner is hidden. If we do not want to perform this operation, we can change the admin user name and disable it, the same user name is also hidden.
