Because of the work and learning needs, the author often read a lot of information on the Internet, but because of the online text format is different, so I like to save it, and use Word to open, carefully set its font and background to read. This way, every time you read it, you need to reset it, which is troublesome. Not long ago I saw the macro command in Word, and after careful study, I found that it could help me a lot. Just make the following settings, and then a button on such a thing can be done.
1. Any open a text block, with the mouse to choose a paragraph of text.
2. Execute the "tools → macros → record new macros" command and open the dialog box shown in Figure 1.
3. In the Macro Name text box in the Record Macro dialog box, enter the name "pre-read settings" for the macro. In the Save macro in drop-down list box, select all Documents (Normal.dot), and then click the toolbar button to open the Customize dialog box shown in Figure 2.
4. In the Customize dialog box, select the Commands tab, and the name of the macro entered is displayed in the Commands list box. Press the left mouse button on the name to drag it onto the Standard toolbar so that there is one more (pre-read) button on the toolbar.
5. Click (Close) to enter the macro recording process. At this point, the Stop floating toolbar appears on the screen with two buttons on the toolbar, the left (stop), and the Right (paused) (see Figure 3).
6. Follow the format → font command and select the Font tab in the Open Font dialog box. In the dialog box, select Arial in the Chinese font drop-down list, select General in the Glyph drop-down list, select "Small Four" in the font color Drop-down list, and then select the "from the" Grayscale-80% ", click (OK).
7. Execute "format → background → other colors" command, in the Open color box, select a very light gray, click (OK).
8. Click the (Stop) button on the Stop toolbar to end the recording.
In this way, as long as the online reading text, open in Word, first with "Ctrl + A" All selected, click on the "Standard" toolbar macro button (before reading settings), you can see very comfortable text effects.
