One year of employment, new recruits, and elders

The day before yesterday, we had a new employee internship and found that we had been in the company for a year. In the evening, we went to the new factory to move things and walked on the road we were familiar with during the internship.

What have I learned in the past year? Think about your abilities as if you didn't think it was as fast as you could think. You just learned something very simple. Maybe this is the start-up phase, at least I understand why listening to the language repeatedly emphasized by my predecessors in college is not the main thing. The key is to learn ideas and learn ideas. I have been trying to understand the design pattern recently. A lot of things are hard to understand, but at least they have some eyebrows. After all, it is the experience of our predecessors. Since we are going through this stage, it is not too difficult to feel good about it. I spent almost all my time and energy getting off work watching this stuff. Although I was tired, it was quite full.

I have been in college for a year. I feel like I am a sophomore and can't understand anything about new people. I am so eager to learn.

After one year of employment, the good news is that the enthusiasm for learning knowledge has not been reduced, but has increased a lot.
