If this service is disabled, the generated results cannot be run in Visual Studio.ProgramThe "unable to start or debug the computer debugging Manager Service is forbidden" dialog box is displayed, Which is unforgivable to programmers. This service does not affect the normal Startup Program (whether to start the program through F5/CTR + F5 in Visual Studio ). After the service is started, the process named mdm.exe will be displayed in the progress bar of the task manager.

For Visual Studio programmers, this service must be enabled. For common users, this service can be disabled.
