One reason why Vim plugin does not work

Source: Internet
Author: User
Recently I am learning to use gvim. The operating system is ubuntu. gvim has many useful plug-ins, such as taglist, bufexplorer, and winmanager. These plug-ins can be downloaded from www.vim.org. Copy these plug-ins (*. Vim) ~ /. Vim/plugin directory (if this directory is not available, you can create it yourself. However, I copied the plug-in ~ The/. Vim/plugin directory still cannot be used. Later I found that the permissions of these plug-in files were incorrect. I use my account to log on, and the owner of those files is root. The plug-ins cannot be opened after gvim is run. Solution: Use root to log on and right-click the plug-in and choose Properties> permission to change the owner of those plug-ins to the correct account.
