Open big (giant, huge, large) text files in Windows

There is a m text file that needs to be opened, and Windows will definitely not work. I tried notepad ++ and editplus, both of which said that the memory is insufficient, and finally found gvim and solved the problem. Those who like Linux will not miss it.

"I'm assuming that you're on windows, so I'll recommend gvim. Where notepad ++ will choke on very large files, VIM has chowed through those puppies with little problem.

010 editor on Windows will open giant (think 5 Gb) files in binary mode and allow you to edit and search the text.

Other suggestions are slickedit and Emacs.

Text editors with 2 GB limit: notepad ++, jujuedit, textpad"
