1. OpenGL Installation
OpenGL is not software, as long as there is OpenGL-capable video card, we can install the appropriate driver to enable the OpenGL function of the video card. As shown below:
1 sudo apt-get install build-essential2 sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-Dev3< /c6> sudo apt-get install libglu1-mesa-Dev4 sudo apt-get install Freeglut3-dev
2. OpenGL es and WebGL
Analytical:
(1) OpenGL ES (OpenGL for Embedded Systems) is a subset of the OpenGL three-dimensional graphics API, designed for embedded devices such as mobile phones, PDAs, and game consoles.
(2) WebGL is a 3D drafting standard that allows the combination of JavaScript and OpenGL ES 2.0, and by adding a JavaScript binding to OpenGL ES 2.0, WebGL can be a HTML5 Canvas provides hardware 3D accelerated rendering so that Web developers can display 3D scenes and models more smoothly in the browser with the help of system displays, as well as create complex navigation and data visualizations. Obviously, the WEBGL technology standard eliminates the hassle of developing web-dedicated rendering plugins that can be used to create Web pages with complex 3D structures, and even to design 3D web games.
Description: web-based interactive visualization is a great way to visualize, and WEBGL can render 3D scenes and models in the Web through a system video card, so WebGL is a very interesting technique, and it may be useful to do 3D web games.
