When using Navicat connection Oralce database times ORA-28547 error, direct Meng forced, online check the information is Navicat comes with the version of the Oci.dll file and the server side of the ORALCE database version inconsistency caused.

Modify the OCI address to the OCI in the installation directory:

D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\oci.dll
