Oracle 11gR1 for Linux is now available for download

On the OTN, we can see that Oracle 11gR1 for Linux has started to provide download. The initial version is 11.1.0.6.0.

Oracle 11g documentation here, the Document Interface layout has been somewhat different from the previous, changed to a layout similar to the IBM Infocenter.

If you are interested, you can download and try it out. After all, many new features of the 11g are very attractive.

Oracle 11G has database, client, clusterware, examples (that is, the original Companion), and Oracle HTTP Server can be downloaded.
