I. Static View:
Select * from dict where table_name like '% SYNONYM % ';
Select * from DBA_SYNONYMS where table_name = 'dba _ TABLES ';

Ii. Dynamic View:
Select * from DBA_SYNONYMS where SYNONYM_name = 'v $ SESSION ';
