Resolution Steps

　　1. Open the registry to find the Oracle---"Key_oraclient11g_home---" NLS. LANG modifies the value to simplified Chinese_china. ZHS16GBK, if there is no nls.lang then add a

Desktop---Right-click computer---Select Properties---advanced system settings---Advanced---environment variables, new system environment variables---"Variable name: Nls_lang variable value: Simplified Chinese_china. ZHS16GBK
