Oracle Server installs ora-12514 and 12541 issues when "Bo" installs Bo servers

Today, when installing the BO Server, Oracle database, there was a problem with the following description:

Install the oracle10g Server 32-bit version first. After installing the ORCL database, using Net Manager under 10gServer to access ORCL, two errors occurred: ora-12514 Unrecognized identifier, ora-12541 listener does not exist.

ora-12514 the problem, should be due to the Listner.ora configuration has the cause of the problem, according to the online statement, is to be sid_name=expt. and PROGRAM_NAME=EXPT this paragraph to be erased.

But then there is the problem that ora-12541 monitoring does not exist. After viewing, it is found that the Listiner in the Windows service is not starting up. I think this is the port and Tomcat conflict (because the machine was previously loaded with Tomcat and launch apps). Then I will try not to use the default port 1521, instead of the listening port to 1522, and then register the ORCL instance to the Linstner, OK, can be normal unicom.

In summary, the cause of this problem is mainly two points: (1) Listner.ora file needs to do some initialization of the relevant settings, otherwise it will lead to some strange problems, (2) attention to the listener port problems, to avoid conflicts with the existing service port, resulting in a failure to monitor the start of the error conditions such as unsuccessful.

Another problem is unresolved: oracle10g, if the listening host name is filled with the native name (for example: Jamesserver), the current IP is: 192.168.99.163, you can connect normally, if you change the IP to 192.168.2.102, you cannot connect.

Do not know how to solve the problem, if I change the name of the machine to: 127.0.0.1, there is no need to change the IP address, but this method applies to the database software installed on the local service situation, if it is offsite, you must ensure that the IP address of the Oracle server is fixed.
