1. Find the oraparam. ini file under the install directory and find the [Certified Version] node,
Add 4.0 after # windows = 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, and 6.1, and then add the following content to the 5.2 node.

MIN_DISPLAY_COLORS = 256
# Minimum CPU speed required for OUI

2. Find the refhost. xml file in the stage \ prereq \ db directory and find <CERTIFIED_SYSTEMS>
Node, add subitem
<OPERATING_SYSTEM>
<Version value = "6.1"/>
</OPERATING_SYSTEM>

3rd, right-click Properties on setup.exe -- compatibility -- run this program in compatible mode. In the drop-down list, select
Windows xp sp3

 

Next, install the SDK step by step.
