A problem occurs after execution. After the database is closed, it cannot start,

The reason is that log_archive_dest is a parameter of an earlier version and is an obsolete parameter. The keyword such as location service cannot be used. The new version is set to the path log_archive_dest_N (N can be 1, 2, 4) 10 Gb supports 10 paths: 11 GB to 31.

Problem solving process. Because my database is installed on the ASM disk, it cannot be used
Create pfile = '/tmp/init. ora' from spfile this command exports the spfile file. Note that the spfile file is a binary file and cannot be edited directly. If the database is installed on the file system, execute this statement directly.

In my environment, execute create pfile = '/tmp/init. ora' from spfile = '+ DATA/orcl/spfileorcl. ora'
This means to export the spfile to the/tmp/init. ora file,

View the init. ora file and find the wrong line. The modification is correct.
