Fault symptom:

After installing the 11gR2 software, you are ready to use dbca to create a database. The following error is returned when dbca is executed:

Solution:

Install the patch: p8670579_112010_LINUX.zip

1. download the patch on the MOS website, upload it to the server, and decompress it.
