8. Website content writer: provides the content required for the website.
9. User service personnel: provide users with related services
10. Server maintenance personnel: provides server security and website functions
The operator is a coach.
In modern company management, everyone can see resources that can be mined without depletion, in order to make everyone in the team better exert their own efficiency, in addition to serving as a pilot and effective supervisor, the operator should also have a more important function, namely, coaching.
The rapid market and environment changes faced by website companies are one of the important differences with traditional enterprises. This requires the team to have a strong response capability, which is constantly improving, it is obtained through continuous training and coaching.
The core driving force of the team-a shared vision
We often see companies like this: "Managers are dedicated to everything and employees have nothing to do ". There are many reasons for this phenomenon, but one of the main reasons is that the manager did not let employees see the bright future, and this bright future was created by the joint efforts of everyone.
Modern management documents or books often refer to the "shared vision" and also elaborate on many ways to build a shared vision. Based on specific management practices, I propose the following elements for reference only:
1. If you want to see the process, employees will feel that the process exists and is an inevitable result.
2. For a bright future, employees should be able to see it through image descriptions.
3. Let everyone have a deep understanding. This future is created by everyone and everyone is very important.

An important feature of Internet companies is that the market is changing rapidly and the speed may be beyond the reach of traditional methods. This requires the team to have extremely strong response capabilities, team members must be times more energetic in order to continuously create and update the market than solving many problems arising from rapid growth.
