This document details the working ideas, development sequence, and detailed schedule of cps1 debugger, an arcade simulator I developed for the first time. It takes about one month to work 8 hours a day. Although my work has come to an end, I keep this document. In my opinion, this document is very valuable for beginners, because it records how rookie crossed the river by feeling the stones. There are no documents that tell you how to start a complete simulator, what is the basic working idea of a simulator, what basic technical capabilities are required, and how much work is required to complete the task, as it does, if you know how to use it. The work will not be released, and the result will not be important. The important thing is the thought and process.
