Function Overloading Concepts

Only C + + has an overloaded concept, and C does not.

Different overloaded functions are distinguished by the difference in the row parameter list.

If the global function and the member function have the same name, they are not overloaded because they have different scopes, so the member function will hide (mask) the global function.
