PDF Automation Server (PAS) is a software used by the Server to automatically process PDF documents. It can automatically receive, process, and select PDF documents for routing. Using PAS as a necessary tool in your organization simplifies your document workflows and dissemination. PAS can receive PDF documents from multiple sources at the same time, including emails, ftp servers, and local or network directories. Then define a process for each document source to execute a series of functions on the document, including conversion, assembly, encryption, printing, pre-check, and so on. After documents are processed, PAS can route original documents and modified documents to multiple destinations, including file directories, printers, emails, and FTP servers.
