Photoshop adds a beautiful dark red backlight to the characters on the ladder.

Backlight in the darker environment is more beautiful. The position of the light source is set first, then the remote area is deepened, the highlight color turns to a slightly brighter orange or orange red, and the sunlight effect is rendered at the light source position.

Create a new layer, use the elliptical marquee tool to pull out the oval selection shown in the following figure, feather 45 pixels and fill with orange: #E99003, change the blending mode to "bright" after you deselect the selection.
