Photoshop adds fantasy wings to character pictures

1, open the original material, with pen tool in the background outline a wing shape, the following figure.

2, the outline is intact, the current work path into path 1, the following figure.

3. Convert the path to a selection, create a new layer in the layer area, and press CTRL + ALT + D to feather the selection by 3 pixels.

4, fill the selection white, remove the selection after the smear tool, appropriate to smear the edge.

5, Copy layer 1, fill different colors, as long as and layer 1 slightly different. Adjust transparency and layer properties appropriately.
