Diamond production method relatively simple, when making only need to set a good light source direction, and then reasonable layout of high light, reflective, darkened, etc., you can quickly make diamond surface texture. Final effect

1, a new 800 * 800 pixel document, select the Gradient tool, color set to lavender texture dark purple gradient as shown in Figure 1, and then from the center to the corner pull out of the background gradient in Figure 2.

2, create a new layer, with a pen to tick the diamond body outline, into the selection after the fill dark red, the following figure.

3, new layer, press CTRL + ALT + G to create a clipping layer, and then a new layer under the current layer, now start to make each of the diamond reflective surface. Use the pen to check out the selection shown in Figure 4 and pull the linear gradient shown in Figure 5.

4, the following are some of the more mechanical operation, with a pen to check the reflective surface of the selection, and then according to the direction of the light source plus the corresponding gradient.
