Photoshop makes exquisite layers of blue crystal icons

The author's icons are made very fine and there are a lot of layers to use. Process: First the structure of the icon to break out, and then from the bottom to start making, first draw the graphics of each layer, and then use the layer style to make texture. Final effect

1, a new 1000 * 1000px canvas, background filled with #808b5e1, with rounded rectangle tool to create a * 400px, rounded 60px shape placed in the middle of the canvas, named "backplane", add layer style as shown below.
