Final effect
1, a new size of 800 * 800 pixel document, into the channel panel, a new channel named "Sideline."
2. Set the foreground color to white, perform: filter > Texture > Stained glass, parameters and effect as shown below.
3, the channel to duplicate a layer, named "Grayscale gradient", the copy of the channel to perform: Filter > Art effect > Neon light, parameters and effects as shown below. The purpose of the operation is to give the graphic a grayscale gradient.
