Photoshop simple tool to draw flame solar effects

The focus of this tutorial is the production of flame parts. You can use the Smudge tool to apply the flame, but the flame is not very natural, radian is not very good control. It's best to use the pen tool to hook up the path of the flames, and then use the brush stroke path to make it more realistic.
