First look at the final effect:
1, we choose a normal color of ordinary photos, the picture is a maiden.
2, open the photo, select Filter > Noise > Dust and scratches. Set a radius of 1 and a threshold of 1-
3, copy a new photo background layer, in the new background layer, select Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur. Set the RADIUS to 4.
4, add a layer mask. Apply a brush to the character on the mask to clear the characters.
5, from some websites download some of their favorite retro background. Drag the background of the download to the photo. Click image > Adjust > go to Color.
6. Set the blending mode of retro background to soft light.
7, download the gray background from the website. Drag and drop to nicely cover the photo. Click image > Adjust > go to Color.
8, set the blending mode to multiply the bottom. Select Image > Adjust > Brightness and contrast. Set the brightness to 50.
9, select the adjustment > Color, the value set to 15,1.48,255.
10, the creation of hue and saturation. Set hue to dark brown, hue value adjusted to 38, saturation adjusted to 22, brightness to 0. Such a retro picture was made.
