Step 1
Turn on Photoshop to create a new canvas with a width of 1500 pixels and 2500 pixels, with a resolution setting of 100dpi and a white background setting. The details are shown in the following figure.

Step 2
First import the "Stormy Sky 3" footage into Photoshop, then drag the footage to the main canvas and name the material layer "sky." The sky material effect is shown in the following figure.

Next, perform the layer > new Adjustment layer > Curve in the main menu, or add it to the layers panel by adjusting the layer. Press ALT + left mouse button between the curve adjustment layer and the sky material layer to create a clipping mask from. The specific setting of the curve adjustment layer is shown in the following illustration.

Also perform "Layer > New adjustment layer > Color balance" in the main menu, press ALT + left mouse button between the color balance adjustment layer and the sky material layer to create a clipping mask from. The specific settings of the color balance adjustment layer are shown in the following illustration.

After the curve adjustment and color balance adjustment, the effect of the sky material is shown in the following figure.

Step 3
The following opens the NEW YORK footage in Photoshop, where you need the footage as a background for the entire work. Drag the city footage to the main canvas.
Click on the city material layer, press CTRL + V to activate the Move tool, and then left-click the material and press the left mouse button to drag the material to the main canvas and name it "city." The NEW YORK footage is shown in the following illustration.

Add a layer mask to the city footage, as shown in the following illustration, using tools such as black brushes to shade the red flag above. The concrete masking signal is shown in the following figure.
