PHP batch detection and removal of file BOM header code instances

Because the file header information outputs the BOM header information, it may sometimes affect the execution result of the program, in this case, the BOM information of these files should be removed. the following code is used to remove the code of BOM information of all files in the current directory and subdirectory in PHP mode. create a file and put it under the root directory, then the browser can access it.
